Season 2026

Revena pass rules

Everyone gets the same points, the same ranks and the same discount, with every organiser on Revena. An organiser doesn't choose who gets a discount. These rules apply for the whole 2026 season.

1. Points

You get points for what you actually do at an event. They land on your pass as soon as the organiser scans you at the start, or confirms your volunteer shift.

What you doPoints
Take part in an event through Revena+50
Come back to an event you did last year+25
An extra day or distance at the same event+25
A friend who signs up with your link and takes part, up to 5 per event+15 per friend
A volunteer shift+50
Complete a whole series, running or riding+100
Give feedback after the event+10
  • Points count per sport: running and cycling separately. Trail counts as running, MTB and gravel as cycling. A volunteer shift counts towards the sport of the event.
  • You can sign up without an account. If you switch on your pass afterwards, you get the points for that entry too.
  • An event that's only a listing, where you sign up with the organiser directly, gives no points and no discount.

2. Levels and ranks

In each sport you have a level from 1 to 10. Each level belongs to a rank, and the rank sets your discount.

RankLevelFromDiscount
Starter10 points0%
Bronze2 and 3250 points5%
Silver4 and 51,000 points10%
Gold6 and 73,500 points15%
Elite8, 9 and 107,500 points20%

The thresholds per level: 1 from 0, 2 from 250, 3 from 500, 4 from 1,000, 5 from 2,000, 6 from 3,500, 7 from 5,000, 8 from 7,500, 9 from 10,000, 10 from 15,000.

  • You never lose a level or a rank.
  • An event usually gives 50 to 75 points. After five or so events you're Bronze.

3. Discount

  • Your discount depends on your rank in the sport of the event. If you're Gold in running and Bronze in cycling, you get 15% off a jogging and 5% off a sportive.
  • It applies at every event with entries through Revena, with every organiser, even if you've never been there.
  • It applies to your own ticket, one per event. Not to extras like a T-shirt or a meal, and not to tickets for other people. If your friends have a pass, they get their own discount.
  • At most €10 per ticket.
  • When you're logged in, the discount comes off automatically at checkout. You always see the normal price and your price. If you sign up without logging in, you still get the points afterwards, but not the discount.
  • An organiser can add a welcome discount on top: €2, €3 or €5 for people who've never taken part with them. All discounts together are capped at 25% of the ticket.
  • If you transfer your ticket, the price you paid stays the same. The new participant gets the points.
  • If you get a refund, you get back what you actually paid.

4. After level 10

  • Your points keep counting. For every 5,000 points above level 10 you get a star on your pass. There's no limit.
  • Gold and Elite can sign up 48 hours early for events with a limited number of places.
  • Reach level 10 and you get the medal on your pass and your profile.

5. Rankings

  • A season runs from 1 January to 31 December. On 1 January everyone in the rankings starts again from zero. Your levels and your rank stay.
  • There are rankings per sport, Runner of the season and Rider of the season: for all of Flanders, per province and Brussels, per club and among friends.
  • The rankings count season points, not times. Whoever starts, helps and comes back most often is at the top.
  • On equal points, whoever got there first ranks higher.
  • The top three per sport, per province and in Brussels, get a free entry from Revena to an event of their choice the following season. Revena pays the organiser the full price.
  • You only appear in the rankings if you switch it on. You can always see your own place. Under-16s never appear.

6. Series and challenges

  • A series is a fixed set of events in a region, like the Leiestreek series. For each event you finish, you get a tick on the series card. Complete the series and you get 100 points.
  • Every season Revena sets challenges, always with events. For example "Help out twice" or "Running and cycling in the same month".
  • You can challenge a friend for one event or for the whole season. You see each other's progress. The winner gets a stamp on their profile.
  • If your friend signs up through your invitation, you get the 15 points from part 1.

7. Not allowed

  • One pass per person. Sharing a pass or making a second one isn't allowed.
  • Points only count after a scan or a confirmed shift. Anyone trying to get points without taking part loses that season's points.
  • Reselling a ticket for more than you paid isn't allowed.
  • In the community you keep it sporting. We look at everything you report, and you hear what we did about it. The full rules are on the Community rules page.

8. For organisers

  • Every event with entries through Revena gives the pass discount from part 3. An organiser doesn't choose who gets a discount.
  • An organiser chooses: the normal price, the price steps and whether to offer a welcome discount.
  • In the dashboard they see, per edition, what the pass discount cost and how many new participants it brought.

9. If the rules change

  • Never to your disadvantage during a season.
  • Changes for the next season go online on this page by 1 November at the latest.
  • A change never makes you lose points, levels or a rank.
